Bueno, en esta ocasión traigo la reseña de un libro que trata uno de mis temas favoritos: los cuentos de los hermanos Grimm, o lo que Disney arruinó-junto con muchas generaciones-. Y no me malinterpreten, toda esa época de Disney fue toda una innovación en el entretenimiento, y son creadores de películas clásicas, ese mérito es total y absolutamente indiscutible, pero aquí pasó, lo que pasa con la gran mayoría de las adaptaciones de libros a películas: Las cambian demasiado y se pierde la esencia original de la historia que se escribió.
Eso fue precisamente lo que pasó, y una vez creces y conoces como fueron en realidad sus cuentos, te das cuenta que poco tienen de infantiles, es más, los mismos hermanos llegaron a declarar que sus cuentos no estaban dirigidos a los niños, ya que fueron muy criticados por los cuentos originales, y por esa misma razón se fueron cambiando ciertos detalles para “suavizarlos” un poco. Esta es una de las recopilaciones más recomendadas, de las más fieles a los relatos originales-porque como mencioné antes, las versiones ORIGINALES de los hermanos Grimm las fueron modificando, hasta que poco a poco se fueron perdiendo-, aun así, si llego a encontrar un libro en donde vengan los cuentos tan crudos como en realidad lo son, con gusto lo compartiré con ustedes. Por lo pronto, pueden deleitarse con esta obra, que además cuenta con unas ilustraciones muy peculiares (nada de tiernas, pero tampoco horrorosas ni mucho menos), como la de la portada, por ejemplo.
