Saga: Canción de hielo y fuego COMPLETA (hasta ahora)
Buena semana a todas y todos, esta vez se trata de un post que bien podría llamarse «EL LIBRO DEL MES», O DE PLANO «LA SAGA DEL AÑO», ya que un solo libro de esta saga no se termina en una semana (a menos que te encierres en tu cuarto y no salgas, y solo leas), de hecho, terminar de leer esta saga -o lo que va publicado de ella, son 7 libros y solo han sido publicados 5 a la fecha- me llevó aproximadamente 6 meses.
Definitivamente, es una lectura bastante pesada, hablamos de algo más de 700 páginas por tomo aproximadamente y la letra no es muy grande que digamos, lo curioso es que la empecé a leer en uno de esos momentos de ocio y extrema vagancia (jajaja) en los que no tenía nada que hacer ni que leer, así que una compañera me dijo: «traigo el libro de juego de tronos, si quieres leerlo»; y así lo empecé a leer, y me acabé el primero y así le seguí hasta que terminé los 5, de hecho es la primera saga que leo en mi vida, ya que si he de ser sincera, no me gustaba engancharme a lecturas muy largas, así que cuando leía que un libro que me interesaba era una saga lo dejaba de leer, o si ya había leído el primero (como me sucedió con otro: «Hush, hush») le cortaba y ya me olvidaba del libro, pero ésta la terminé, y era larguísima, fue un superlogro para mí, creo que eso de no querer leer sagas después de esta estaría más que justificado, sin embargo, ya cualquier otra se tornaría más ligera seguramente (me sentí bien Hermaione Granger).
Lo que les puedo decir es que, si les gustan las novelas con temática de fantasía épica, medievales fantásticas, o como prefieran llamarlas, o si vieron la serie de HBO y les dieron ganas de leer los libros y se animan, esta saga es 100% recomendable, sobre todo porque les quedarán claros ciertos aspectos que no mostró o que cambió la serie, que tengo que admitir, también la serie está muy bien hecha, sin embargo con el correr de las temporadas se iban tomando un poco más de libertades en la adaptación. También compararán que tan diferentes son los personajes de la serie a los descritos en los libros. Eso sí, léanlos con calma, y disfrútenlos, como un extra, les dejo un video que encontré en el que aparecen como serían los personajes si fueran como en verdad dicen ser en los libros, en comparación con los que hizo mundialmente conocidos la serie de televisión, espero y lo disfruten también. Is possible, who knows what will come in the future, however, there are two more books referring to this saga, they are prequels, and rest assured that they deserve a post. When I have finished them, I will publish something, not before, since I only like to publish things that I have seen, read or heard.
